Summit has opening for Resident Manager at a 120 unit conventional apartment community.
Position requires both verbal and written communication skills, working knowledge of WORD and EXCEL, knowledge of Tenant Landlord laws, Fair Housing guidelines, and professional appearance. Yardi and Tenant Tech experience a plus. Preference given to existing Manager or an Assistant Manager of a larger community with 3 years of experience with maintenance experience.
Manager to handle day to day operations, all office paperwork including payables, rent collection, leasing, resident relations, routine inspections, scheduling turnovers and daily work orders, and routine communications with District Property Manager.
