All field employees are employed by Summit. Summit is committed to maintaining a drug-free work environment. In addition, all employees must go through a thorough screening for prior experience, credit, and criminal history. Summit maintains a periodic review process and random drug and alcohol screening program. All on-site employees are professionally outfitted in order to promote a business environment necessary to maintain Summit’s high standards. Our employee benefit package is very comprehensive and administered by our Human Resources Administrator.
